Hot Therapy: Simply microwave your TheraCure product for around 20 seconds from room temperature to enjoy soothing warmth and targeted comfort.

How cold or how hot do TheraCure products get and how long do they last?

Experience soothing hot and cold therapy with TheraCure's advanced gel technology. Engineered to reach and maintain the ideal temperature, each product delivers comfortable, targeted relief for up to 20 minutes.

How do I care for my TheraCure products?

Follow these simple care instructions to keep your TheraCure product in great condition:

• Wipe clean with a damp cloth and allow it to air dry. Do not submerge the product in water.
  
• If the product becomes wet, let it dry completely before using it again.
  
• Before heating, remove any packaging and ensure the product is at room temperature. Microwave for 20 seconds initially, then heat in 10-second intervals until you reach your desired temperature.
  
• Inspect the product before each use. If you notice any leaks, exposed gel, or damage to the inner lining, discontinue use immediately.
  
• Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
  
• For cold therapy, place the product inside a sealed plastic freezer bag and freeze for at least 2 hours. If it feels too cold, allow it to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before use.
  
• Use only on clean, dry skin. Do not apply to open wounds, infected areas, or broken skin unless directed by a healthcare professional.
