All orders are processed within 24–72 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if applicable).

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro Manila: Next business day

  • Luzon: 4–8 business days

  • Visayas & Mindanao: 7–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be announced on our website or official social media pages.

Same-Day Delivery

At this time, TheraCure PH does not offer same-day delivery services. We appreciate your understanding and are continuously working to improve our shipping options in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive your tracking details via email so you can monitor your shipment's progress directly through the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before completing your purchase.

TheraCure PH is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
